To file taxes, receive electronic notifications and sign on behalf of an SL or SA. We review the deed and powers before applying so the request is not rejected for a documentary defect.

Documents usually required
Valid ID of the representative and the company's tax ID (NIF).
A public document proving the company's incorporation and the administrator's current powers: registered deed, registry certificate or recent simple extract. The provider may also check the Commercial Registry (Law 6/2020, art. 7.4).

Who issues the certificate?
ANF AC, a qualified trust service provider, issues it. We are an authorised in-person verification point of ANF AC: we check your identity and documents and process the request.
Do I have to come in person?
The law requires identifying the individual by appearance before the verifier, unless their signature on the request has been notarised (Law 6/2020, art. 7.1). If you cannot travel, a notarised signature in your own country solves it.
How long does it take?
With complete documents and verified identity, issuance usually happens the same or the next business day. Third-party timelines, such as the Commercial Registry, are outside our control.
