Two ways to work together
Referral
10% of the fees actually collected, excluding VAT, for each client you introduce during its first 12 months. Monthly payment with a PDF statement.
White label
You contract with us at the partner rate and invoice your client at the price you choose. We never lower our public prices.
What we do for your client
Spanish company
Remote incorporation for non-residents: name certificate, notary, registry, tax ID, registered address, nominee director if needed, ROI/VIES and bank file.
Digital certificate
Authorised in-person verification point of ANF AC: individual and company representative certificates.
Tax management
Recurring accounting and taxes for the company, in Spanish, English and Chinese.
How it works
Send the request or fill in the form; if you add your entity's details, the collaboration agreement and NDA arrive by e-mail for e-signature. Once signed you get your partner area with a personal link, tracking of each client and monthly settlement.

Is there exclusivity?
No. It is a collaboration agreement between independent professionals, terminable on fifteen days' notice.
When is commission paid?
Within thirty days of the client's payment, with a monthly statement. No commission on uncollected or refunded amounts or on third-party costs.
Do you tell the client about the commission?
The partner does, before introducing the client; it is a condition of the agreement.
What timelines do you guarantee?
None that depend on notaries, registries or authorities. We report the real status at each step.
