Employment, family, consumer and immigration law firms, and accounting practices without an in-house expert: refer the case with your personal link and we issue the prepaid preliminary study (EUR 120 to 190), the expert report (commercial, tax, labour or medico-legal, signed by the appropriate expert) or the SME's digital compliance audit. You keep the client and earn 10% of what is actually paid.

Damages and lost profit, review of tax assessments and requests, payroll and dismissals, digital evidence from WhatsApp and e-mail. Court expert APJUDE 0249.
Mediation
Mediator registered with the Spanish Ministry of Justice (no. 181731) for the information session and civil and commercial mediation.
Compliance audit for SMEs
Automated report on the website (GDPR, LSSI, cookies) and invoicing against Veri*factu, with calendar and plan; for accounting firms, a pack of five neutral-branded reports with your firm as issuer.
How it works
Fill in the form and you receive the collaboration agreement for e-signature. Once signed you get a personal link (www.consultgloballex.com/r/your-code) and a QR code: every client arriving through it is attributed to you for ninety days. The client prepays the preliminary study by transfer or card, receives the intake file and the study within 48 business hours; if the case proceeds to a full report, a fixed quote is issued. You see each file in your partner area and receive the monthly settlement with a PDF statement.
What we do not do
We do not promise outcomes or deadlines that depend on courts, social security or insurers. We do not give individual legal advice: that is the firm's domain. Medical reports are signed by the medical expert; commercial, tax and labour reports by the court expert. The commission is disclosed to the client before referral.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost the firm?
Nothing. The client pays the study or report at the public price; the firm earns 10% of what is actually collected, excluding VAT, during each client's first twelve months.
How long does the preliminary study take?
48 business hours after the client completes the intake file. It is a preliminary, indicative analysis, not an expert opinion.
Do you work across Spain?
Yes; the study and the report are prepared remotely on the documents, and court ratification is agreed case by case.
How is a client attributed?
Through your link or QR code (ninety-day cookie), through the code the client quotes when ordering, or by registering the client yourself in your partner area.
